Wesley Thomas Bowerman, age 45 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Tuesday, March 5 at 6:48pm for cultivation/distribution with intent of opiates/opium/narcotic drugs and certain stimulants and use or possession of drug paraphernalia. he is still being held at this time without bond.
