Ann Marie Price-Carter, age 36 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Friday, March 28 at 11:50am on a failure to appear warrant. He was released on Saturday, March 29 at 7:53pm on a $5000 surety bond.

Luke Norman Shepard, age 45 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Friday, March 28 at 5:56pm for criminal deprivation of property and felony theft of property or services. He was still being held as of 8:00am Monday, March 31 st on a $2500 surety bond.

Damen Ray-Allen Jones, age 21 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Friday, March 28 at 7:05pm for interference with a law enforcement officer. He was released the same day at 7:51pm on a $2500 surety bond.

Madison Nicole Brown, age 25 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Sunday, March 30 at 10:04am for criminal restraint and domestic battery. She was still being held as of 8:00am Monday, March 31 st without bond.

Kreed Patrick Hamilton, age 49 was arrested by the Kansas Highway Patrol on Sunday, March 30 at 1:23pm for no seatbelts and driving while suspended. He was still being held as of 8:00am Monday, March 31 st without bond.

Alicia Kaya Coker, age 32 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Sunday, March 30 at 8:20pm for abuse of a child, batter of law enforcement officer and interference with a law enforcement officer. She was still being held as of 8:00am Monday, March 31 st on a $2000 surety bond.
