Roger Shane Phillips, age 55 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Thursday, Mar 2 at 3:42pm for possession of opiates/opium/narcotic drugs and certain stimulants and use or possession of drug paraphernalia. He is still being held at this time on a $2500 surety bond.
