Luis Enrique Salas-Martinez, age 30 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Friday, March 26 at 7:00pm on a sanction.  He was released on Sunday, March 28 at 7:00pm for time served.

Cody E. Tackett, age 24 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Saturday, March 27 at 1:01pm on an out of county warrant.  He was released the same day at 3:33pm on a $588 cash bond.

Kelly M. Tate age 72 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Saturday, March 27 at 5:18pm on Saturday, March 27 at 5:18pm for criminal trespassing.  He is still being held at this time on a $1000 surety bond.

Virina Rae Stewart, age 39 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Sunday, March 28 at 1:28pm on an out of county warrant.  She was released the same day at 5:24pm on a $1500 surety bond.

Timothy Alan Hill, age 52 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Sunday, March 28 at 4:21pm for driving while suspended.  He was released the same day at 6:09pm on a $500 surety bond.

Sandra Jane Mercer-Kent, age 44 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Sunday, March 28 at 6:57pm on a failure to appear warrant.  She is still being held at this time on a $500 surety bond.

Timothy Lee Koehn, age 34 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Sunday, March 28 at 10:57pm for possession of opiates/opium/narcotic drugs and certain stimulants, trafficking contraband in a correctional/care facility, use or possession of drug paraphernalia and an out of state warrant.  He is still being held at this time without bond.
