Timothy Samuel Sullivan, age 24 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Monday, March 25 at 2:35am for two counts of distribution of certain hallucinogenic drugs, possession of certain controlled substances, use or possession of paraphernalia with intent to cultivate controlled substances and use or possession of drug paraphernalia. He is still being held at this time without bond.

Keith Leroy Butler, age 61 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Monday, March 25 at 10:00am on a sanction. He is still being held at this time without bond.
