Ian Scott Emerson Rubin, age 24 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Tuesday, March 19 at 2:38pm on a Fort Scott Municipal Warrant.  He was released the same day at 4:53pm on a $474.50 surety bond.

Dustin Lyn Coker, age 39 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Wednesday, March 20 at 12:27am for domestic battery.  he is still being held at this time without bond.
