Rebecca Ann Stewart, age 33 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Tuesday, March 17 at 7:25pm on a failure to appear warrant. She was still being held as of 8:00am Wednesday, March 18 th on a $500 surety bond.
