Sheriff Report 3/18/2024

Rebecca Elizabeth Richardson, age 31 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Friday, March 15 at 6:33am for two counts of criminal threat.  She was released the same day at 11:22am.

Mark Anthony Mitchell, age 61 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Saturday, March 16 at 1:23pm for possession of paraphernalia and possession of controlled substances.  He was released the same day at 9:16pm on a $2500 surety bond.

Courtney Rene Perrigo, age 30 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Saturday, March 16 at 10:12pm for possession of opiates/opium/ narcotic drugs and certain stimulants, possession of certain hallucinogenic drugs and use or possession of drug paraphernalia.  She is still being held at this time without bond.

Jesse Thomas Lindsey, age 46 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Saturday, March 16 at 10:12pm for driving while suspended, possession of opiates/opium/narcotic drugs and certain stimulants, possession of certain hallucinogenic drugs and use or possession of drug paraphernalia. He is still being held at this time without bond.

Cheyenne D. Blanco, age 33 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Saturday, March 16 at 10:12pm for possession of opiates/opium/narcotic drugs and certain stimulants, possession of certain hallucinogenic drugs, use or possession of drug paraphernalia and an out of county warrant.  She is still being held at this time on a $500 surety bond.

Roxanne Elizabeth Merriman, age 33 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Monday, March 18 at 6:36am for possession of paraphernalia to cultivate and possession of certain stimulants.  She is still being held at this time without bond.
