Justin Michael Kastl, age 55 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Friday, March 14 at 9:50am on two probation violation warrants. He was still being held as of 8:00am Monday, March 17th without bond.

Savannah Cain, age 38 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Saturday, March 15 at 3:47am for possession of opiates/opium/narcotic drugs and certain stimulants and use of possession of drug paraphernalia. She was still being held as of 8:00am Monday, March 17th on a $2000 surety bond.

Nikita James Frohna, age 20 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Saturday, March 15 at 10:19am for illegal registration, vehicle insurance required and fleeing or attempting to elude law enforcement officers. He was released on
Sunday, March 16 at 11:35am on a $2000 surety bond.

Zachary Scott Crumby, age 42 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Sunday, March 16 th at 11:40pm for domestic battery. He was released the same day at 12:02am on a $1000 surety bond.

Shelby Paige Guss, age 32 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Sunday, March 16 at 4:53am for possession of opiates/opium/narcotic drugs and certain stimulants, possession of certain hallucinogenic drugs and use or possession of drug paraphernalia. She was still being held as of 8:00am Monday, March 17th without bond.
