Samantha Jewell Rhynerson, age 21 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Thursday, February 8 at 8:45pm for possession of opiates/opium/ narcotic drugs and certain stimulants and use or possession of drug paraphernalia. She is still being held at this time without bond.

Ryan Allen Wells, age 37 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Thursday, February 8 at 11:41pm for possession of opiates/opium/narcotic drugs and certain stimulants, possession of certain hallucinogenic drugs and use or
possession of drug paraphernalia. He is still being held at this time without bond.
