Jessie Ray Miller, age 25 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Wednesday, February 8 at 6:35pm on a failure to appear warrant.  He is still being held at this time without bond.

Tristen Brock Hopkins, age 22 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Wednesday, February 8 at 8:43pm on three failure to appear warrants.  He is still being held at this time without bond.
