Dustin Joseph Belcher, age 38 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Thursday, February 4 at 12:05am for possession of certain substances and possession of paraphernalia to cultivate.  He is still being held at this time without bond.

Jamari Rayneal Chalmers, age 24 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Thursday, February 4 at 4:58am for criminal use of weapon; possession of firearm by controlled substance user, possession of certain hallucinogenic drugs and use or possession of drug paraphernalia.  He was released the same day at 12:11pm on a $2250 surety bond.

Chase W. Warner, age 30 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Thursday, February 4 at 9:26am for trafficking contraband in a correctional/care facility and use of communications device in a drug sale.  He is still being held at this time without bond.

Robert Lee Sprague, age 37 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Thursday, February 4 at 2:07pm on an out of state warrant.  he is still being held at this time without bond.

Jessie Richerd Miller, age 23 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Thursday, February 4 at 7:20pm on two failure to appear warrants.  He is still being held at this time without bond.

James Stewart Gulager, age 44 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Thursday, February 4 at 10:30pm for breach of privacy and felony stalking.  He is still being held at this time without bond.
