Tracie M. Williams, age 51 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Friday, January 31 for possession of opiates/opium/narcotic drugs and certain stimulants and use or possession of drug paraphernalia. She was released the
same day for nothing filed.
Tracy Andrew Watkins, Jr. age 25 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Friday, January 31 at 7:06pm for driving while suspended. He was released the same day at 8:33pm on a $2500 surety bond.
Blake Lee Hixon, age 18 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Saturday, February 1 at 12:30pm for criminal carrying of a concealed firearm and maximum speed limits. He was released on Sunday, February 2 at 9:22am on a $2500 surety bond.
Theron Joseph Nuss, age 44 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Saturday, February 1 at 1:03am for driving privilege restrictions, possession of certain hallucinogenic drugs and two counts of use or possession of drug paraphernalia. He was released on Sunday, February 2 at 3:45pm on a $5000 surety bond.
Tristan John Ousley, 25 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Saturday, February 1 at 11:30am for vehicle liability insurance required and driving while suspended. He was still being held as of 8:00am Monday, February 3 on a $1000 surety bond.
Irene Burton, age 37 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Sunday, February 2 at 12:12am for expired registration, vehicle liability insurance required, driving while suspended, endangering a child, possession of certain
hallucinogenic drugs and use or possession of drug paraphernalia.
Gabrielle Kay Belcher-Cowlishaw, age 19 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Sunday, February 2 at 1:43am on a Fort Scott Municipal Warrant. She was released the same day at 1:09pm on a $500 cash bond.
Beau Tanner Hendershot, age 25 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Sunday, February 2 at 11:44pm for possession of certain hallucinogenic drugs and use of possession of drug paraphernalia. He was still being held as of 8:00am Monday, February 3 without bond.
