Hallie Marie Vardys, age 31 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Wednesday, February 26 at 12:04am for possession of opiates/opium/narcotic drugs and certain stimulants and use or possession of drug paraphernalia. She was still being held as of 8:00am the same day without bond.
