Richard Conness, Jr. age 40 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Tuesday, February 24 at 9:00am on a sanction. He was still being held as of 8:00am Wednesday, February 25 th without bond.

Harley Lynn Jones, age 33 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Tuesday, February 24 at 2:54pm for possession of opiates/opium/narcotic drugs and certain stimulants and use or possession of drug paraphernalia. She was still
being held as of 8:00am Wednesday, February 25 th without bond.

Damon Charles Duren, age 35 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Tuesday, February 24 at 4:02pm on a failure to appear warrant. He was released the same day at 6:45pm on a $5000 surety bond.

Ryan Allen Wells, age 39 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Tuesday, February 24 at 8:11pm on a bond revocation warrant. He was still being held as of 8:00am Wednesday, February 25 th without bond.
