Cody Matthew Tindill, age 21 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Friday, February 21 at 7:51am 2:00pm on a sentence. He was released on Sunday, February 23 at 2:14pm for time served.

Tucker, age 37 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Sunday, February 23 at 11:56am for possession of certain hallucinogenic drugs, use or possession of drug paraphernalia and a Fort Scott Municipal warrant. She was released the same day at 3:28pm on a $1111.50 surety bond.
