Shawn Counts, age 44 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Friday, February 18 at 11:15am on two probation violation warrants.  He is still being held at this time without bond.

Damien LeSean Glover, age 24 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Friday, February 18 at 2:33pm for criminal damage to property and domestic battery.  He was released on Sunday, February 20 at 3:43pm on his own recognizance.

Broc Adam Solander, age 46 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Friday, February 18 at 8:00pm on a sanction.  He was released on Sunday, February 20 for time served.

Michael Vidaurri, age 30 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Saturday, February 19 at 11:38am for domestic battery.  He was released on Sunday, February 20 at 7:09pm on a $2500 surety bond.

Jennifer M. Rourk, age 36 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Saturday, February 19 at 7:44pm for criminal deprivation of property.  She was released the same day at 9:35pm on a $250 surety bond.

Nikolas Ray Charlton, age 43 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Saturday, February 19 at 11:46pm on three failure to appear warrants.  He is still being held at this time without bond.

Cara Sue Foster, age 34 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Sunday, February 20 at 12:35am on two counts of violation of offender registration.  She is still being held at this time on a $5000 surety bond.

MacKenzie Lee Button, age 27 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Sunday, February 20 at 2:16pm for cultivation/distribution with intent of opiates/opium/narcotic drugs and certain stimulants and possession of ephedrine or precursor with intent.  She is still being held at this time on a $25,000 surety bond.

Cody Jo Boyd, age 36 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Sunday, February 20 at 2:16pm for cultivation/distribution with intent of opiates/opium/narcotic drugs and certain stimulants felony interference with a law enforcement officer and use or possession of paraphernalia with intent to cultivate controlled substances.  She is still being held at this time on a $25,000 surety bond.

Richard Allen Curtis, age 43 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Monday, February 21 at 1:02pm on an out of state warrant and a failure to appear warrant.  He is still being held at this time without bond.
