Grant Alan Willhite, age 18 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Friday, February 14 at 12:11am for distribution or possession with intent of drug paraphernalia and possession of certain hallucinogenic drugs.  He was released the same day at 3:01am on a $1000 surety bond.

Jonathan Stewart Howard, age 32 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Friday, February 14 at 12:33am for cultivate/distribute with intent of opiates/opium/narcotic drugs and certain stimulants, a Kansas Department of corrections warrant, possession of opiates/opium/narcotic drugs and certain stimulants and possession of paraphernalia to cultivate.  He is still being held at this time without bond.

Leesha R Helgren, age 24 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Friday, February 14 at 12:53am for cultivate/distribute with intent of opiates/opium/narcotic drugs and certain stimulants, possession of certain hallucinogenic drugs and possession of paraphernalia to cultivate.  She is still being held at this time without bond.

Brandon Steven Russell Bell, age 48 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Friday, February 14 at 11:21am on a failure to appear warrant.  He is still being held at this time without bond.

Kenneth Ira Barry, age 66 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Friday, February 14 at 1:44pm for possession of opiates/opium/narcotic drugs and certain stimulants and use or possession of drug paraphernalia.  He is still being held at this time on a $5000 surety bond.

Bridgette K. Davis, age 29 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Friday, February 14 at 2:34pm for possession of opiates/opium/narcotic drugs and certain stimulants, possession of certain hallucinogenic drugs and two counts of use or possession of drug paraphernalia.  She is still being held at this time on a $10,000 surety bond.

Angela Faye Johnson, age 52 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Friday, February 14 at 4:40pm on a failure to appear warrant.  She is still being held at this time on a $2500 surety bond.

Charles Abrial Mestas, age 48 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Friday February 14 at 6:00pm on a sanction. He was released on Sunday, February 16 at 6:00pm for time served.  

Chad Matthew Church, age 49 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Saturday, February 15 at 5:03pm for possession of opiates/opium/narcotic drugs and certain stimulants and use of possession of drug paraphernalia.  He is still being held at this time on a $5000 surety bond.

Michael Shawn Coffey, age 43 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Sunday, February 16 at 1:40pm on an out of county warrant and a failure to appear warrant.  He was released on Monday, February 17 at 2:46pm on a $2000 surety bond.

Scott Curtis Johnson, age 40 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Monday, February 17 at 11:40pm for aggravated assault, criminal discharge of a firearm, defacing identification marks of a firearm and possession of a firearm under the influence.  He is still being held at this time on a $1750 surety bond.
