Gaylord Joseph Stotts, age 43 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Thursday, February 16 at 5:51pm for criminal damage to property.  He is still being held at this time on a $100 surety bond.

Clinton D. Cowan, age 31 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Thursday, February 16 at 5:46pm on an out of county warrant.  he is still being held at this time without bond.

Charles Paul Wilson, age 34 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Friday, February 17 at 7:15am for aggravating endangering a child; expose to meth chemicals, possession of opiates/opium/narcotic drugs and certain stimulants, use or possession of drug paraphernalia.  he is still being held at this time on a $25,000 surety bond.
