Chandler Ryan Bybee, age 19 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Wednesday, February 11 at 1:05am for operating a motor vehicle without a valid license, possession of certain hallucinogenic drugs, use or possession of drug paraphernalia and vehicle unlawful acts. He was still being held as of 8:00am Wednesday, February 11th without bond.

Kendal Shaun Smith, age 19 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Wednesday, February 11 at 1:05am for possession of certain hallucinogenic drugs and use or possession of drug paraphernalia. He was still being held as of 8:00am Wednesday, February 11th without bond.
