Jerry Lee Mitchell, age 63 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Thursday, February 9 at 9:04pm on a probation violation warrant.  he is still being held at this time without bond.

Mark a. Mitchell, age 60 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Friday, February 10 at 12:55am for possession of opiates/opium/narcotic drugs and certain stimulants, possession of certain hallucinogenic drugs and use or possession of drug paraphernalia.  He is still being held at this time without bond.

Kelsey Carson, age 28 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Friday, February 10 at 12:55am for aggravated endangering a child; exposed to meth chemicals, possession of opiates/opium/narcotic drugs and certain stimulants and use or possession of drug paraphernalia.  She is still being held at this time without bond.
