Thomas Lavoyn Coyan, age 42 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Tuesday, January 31 at 2:30pm for possession of opiates/opium/narcotic drugs and certain stimulants and use or possession of drug paraphernalia.  He is still being held at this time without bond.

William Russeltroy Prestley, age 36 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Tuesday, January 31 at 7:38pm on a failure to appear warrant.  He is still being held at this time on a $500 surety bond.

Douglas Willard, age 52 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Tuesday, January 31 at 9:08pm on an out of county warrant.  He is still being held at this time without bond.

Bradley Leon Peel, age 47 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Wednesday, February 1 at 2:08am for possession of certain hallucinogenic drugs.  He is still being held at this time without bond.
