Phil Arnold Naylor, age 66 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Monday, December 4 at 12:58pm on a failure to appear warrant. He is still being held at this time without bond.

Quintin Joe Ivey, age 39 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Monday, December 4 at 6:00pm for two counts of abuse of a child. He is still being held at this time on a $200,000 surety bond.

Lloyd Arthur Wells, age 51 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Tuesday, December 5 at 12:33am for cultivating/distributing with intent of opiates/opium/narcotic drugs and certain stimulants, use or possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to cultivate controlled substances and use or possession of drug paraphernalia. He is still being held at this time without bond.
