Jacob Allyn Hart, age 30 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Friday, December 1 at 11:00am for felony criminal damage to property, driving while suspended and fleeing or attempting to elude a law enforcement officer. He is still being held at this time on a $100,000 surety bond.
Levi Matthew Hermreck, age 39 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Friday, December 1 at 6:00pm on a sanction. He was released on Sunday, December 3 at 6:04pm for time served.

William Arthur Clark, age 26 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Saturday, December 2 at 11:56pm for possession of certain hallucinogenic drugs and use or possession of drug paraphernalia. He is still being held at this time without bond.
John Henry Baskin, age 45 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Saturday December 2 at 12:30pm on a probation violation warrant. He is still being held at this time without bond.
James D. Fountain, age 31 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Saturday, December 2 at 11:33am for possession of opiates/opium/narcotic drugs and certain stimulants. He is still being held at this time without bond.
Brenda Kay Savage, age 62 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Saturday, December 2 at 10:14pm for tampering to render ignition interlock device, Kansas insurance violation and vehicle renewal registration. She is still
being held at this time on a $2500 surety bond.
