Michelle Lynn Stansberry, age 35 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Friday, December 22 at 1:00pm for fleeing or attempting to elude a Police Road Block, no valid driver’s license for non-cdl commercial vehicle and reckless driving. She was released the same day at 3:23pm on a $5000 surety bond.

Andrew Taylor Brown, age 22 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Friday, December 22 at 10:08pm for two probation violation warrants. He is still being held at this time without bond.

Joshua Stephen Stanton, age 31 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Friday, December 22 at 3:44pm on a failure to appear warrant. He is still being held at this time on a $10,000 surety bond.

Mark Joseph McNamara, age 38 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Friday, December 22 at 4:08pm for possession of certain stimulants, possession of certain hallucinogenic drugs and use or possession of drug paraphernalia. He was released on Monday, December 25 at 9:26am on a $5000 surety bond.

Michael Anthony Livingston, age 31 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Saturday, December 23 at 5:09am for possession of opiates/opium/ narcotic drugs and certain stimulants, sexual exploitation of a child under 14 years of age and use or possession of drug paraphernalia. He is still being held at this time on a $105,000 surety bond.

Robert Wesley Alvarado, age 57 was arrested by the Kansas Highway Patrol on Saturday, December 23 at 10:24am on an out of county warrant. He was released the same day at 7:05pm on a $25,000 surety bond.

Sky Marie Tucker, age 28 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Monday, December 25 at 2:27am on a failure to appear warrant. She is still being held at this time on a $5000 surety bond.

Hannah Beth Elliott, age 41 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Monday, December 25 at 10:03am for domestic battery. She is still being held at this time on a $5000 surety bond.
