Kenna J. Monroe, age 19 was arrested by the Kansas Highway Patrol on Thursday, December 21 at 12:45pm on a failure to appear warrant. She is still being held at this time on a $5000 surety bond.

Zeffery Tyler Doolittle, age 29 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Thursday, December 21 at 11:30pm for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, two counts of criminal damage to property, criminal restraint, domestic battery and parole violation. He is still being held at this time without bond.
