William Mark Hickman, Jr. age 40 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Tuesday, December 17 at 2:18pm on a Fort Scott Municipal Warrant. He was released the same day at 2:58pm on a cash bond.

Kazi Abu Sayeed, age 25 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Tuesday, December 17 at 9:02pm for aggravated indecent liberties with a child, aggravated trafficking; kidnapping offender over the age of 18 with the victim under the age of 14, commercial sex exploitation of a child, electronic solicitation with a child and indecent solicitation of a child. He was still being held as of 8:00am Wednesday, December 18 th without bond.
