Tyler Jay Dobbs, age 25 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Tuesday, December 13 at 10:15am on three failure to appear warrants.  He is still being held at this time on a $2000 surety bond.

Michael Gene Newman, age 53 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Tuesday, December 13 at 1:33pm on a failure to appear warrant.  He is still being held with bond.
