William Arthur Clark, age 24 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Friday, December 10 at 10:00am for domestic battery, driving while suspended, possession of opiates/opium/narcotic drugs and certain stimulants, two counts of unlawful possession of controlled substance, use or possession of drug paraphernalia and a probation violation warrant. He is still being held at this time on a $15,000 surety bond.
Darrell James Chaney, age 25 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Friday, December 10 at 5:24pm for driving while suspended, Kansas Insurance violation and an out of county warrant. He is still being held at this time on a $1750 surety bond.
Katrina Janea Rupprecht, age 36 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Friday, December 10 at 8:30pm on a sanction and a failure to appear warrant. She was released on Sunday, December 12 at 8:30pm on a $2500 surety bond.
Boris Nokomis Grims, age 40 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Friday, December 10 at 8:50pm for operating a motor vehicle without a valid license, possession of paraphernalia and possession of certain hallucinogenic drugs. He was released on Saturday, December 11 at 11:31am on a $2250 surety bond.
Chris Leon Wey, age 25 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Saturday, December 11 at 4:58pm for three counts of aggravated endangering a child, possession of paraphernalia and possession of certain stimulants. He is still being held at this time on a $10,000 surety bond.
Dustie Lynn Miller, age 39 was arrested on Saturday, December 11 at 11:15pm on three counts of aggravated endangering a child, cultivation/distribution with intent of opiates/opium/narcotic drugs and certain stimulants, operating a motor vehicle without a valid license and use or possession of drug paraphernalia. She is still being held at this time on a $50,000 surety bond.
Jason Ray Mayes, age 38 was arrested on Saturday, December 11 at 11:15pm on three counts of aggravated endangering a child, cultivation/distribution with intent of opiates/opium/narcotic drugs and certain stimulants, possession of opiates/opium/narcotic drugs and certain stimulants, possession of certain hallucinogenic drugs and use or possession of drug paraphernalia. He is still being held at this time on a $50,000 surety bond.
