Zachary Scott Cassett, age 28, was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Thursday, December 11 at 1:20 pm on a Kansas Department of Corrections Warrant. He was still being held as of 8:00 am Friday, December 12th without bond.

Christopher Andrew Middleton, age 58, was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Thursday, December 11 at 1:33 pm for possession of opiates/opium/narcotic drugs and certain stimulants and use or possession of drug paraphernalia. He was still being held as of 8:00 am Friday, December 12th without bond.

Joshua Lorenzo Ayers, age 35, was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Friday, December 12 at 12:50 am for possession of opiates/opium/narcotic drugs and certain stimulants, possession of certain stimulants, trafficking contraband in correction/care facility and use of possession of drug paraphernalia. He was still being held as of 8:00 am the same day without bond.
