Kenzey Allen Hart, age 28 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Tuesday, December 10 at 11:54pm on a Kansas Department of Corrections warrant and a Fort Scott Municipal warrant. He was still being held as of 8:00am Wednesday, December 11 th on a $500 surety bond.
