Neal Anthony Fishback, age 52 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Friday, December 1 at 12:13am for interference with a law enforcement officer. He is still being held at this time without bond.

Michael Allen Porter, age 48 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Friday, December 1 at 1:56am on two out of state warrants. He is still being held at this time without bond.
