Aaliyah Mone Morgan, age 28 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Wednesday, November 6 at 1:45pm on a Kansas insurance violation, maximum speed limits, no valid drivers license, possession of opiates/opium/ narcotic drugs and certain stimulants and use or possession of drug paraphernalia. She was still being held as of 8:00am Thursday, November 7th without bond.
