Jeremiah Ricky Glen Wallace, age 47 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Monday, November 3 at 10:01am to cultivate/distribute/with intent of opiates/opium/narcotic drugs and certain stimulants, distribution or possession
with intent of drug paraphernalia for illegal use and possession of ephedrine or precursor with intent. He was still being held as of 8:00am Tuesday, November 4th without bond.

Debra Fay Garrett, age 49 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Monday, November 3 at 4:13pm on a Fort Scott Municipal warrant. She was released the same day at 5:10pm on a $500 cash bond.
