Devon Lee Carpenter, age 30 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Thursday, November 30 at 1:53am for driving while suspended, possession of opiates/opium/narcotic drugs and certain stimulants and use or possession of drug paraphernalia.  he is still being held at this time without bond.
