Cody Matthew Tindill, age 23 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Wednesday, November 2 at 6:19pm for aggravated robbery and attempted murder in the first degree; in the commission of felony. He is still being held at this time on a $250,000 surety bond.
