Christian Manvel Garcia Lopez, age 23 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Wednesday, November 22 at 12:24am for fleeing or attempting to elude a law enforcement officer, felony interference with a law enforcement officer and operating a motor vehicle without a valid license. He was released the same day at 1:05pm on a $5000 surety bond.
Amanda D. Benton, age 37 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Wednesday, November 22 at 11:37am for violation of offender registration act, two bond revocation warrants and a failure to appear warrant. She is still being held at this time without bond.
Justin Cody Busse, age 43 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Wednesday, November 22 at 9:55am for burglary, criminal possession of a firearm by a felon, felony interference with a law enforcement officer, possession of opiates/opium/narcotic drugs and certain stimulants, unlawfully obtain prescription only drug and on out of county warrant. He is still being held at this time on a $200 surety bond.
Melissa Faye Elder, age 43 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Wednesday, November 22 at 4:10pm for burglary. She is still being held at this time on a $50,000 surety bond.
Robert Allen Grimes, age 46 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Wednesday, November 22 at 9:41pm for cultivation/distribution with intent of opiates/opium/narcotic drugs and certain stimulants, possession of hallucinogenic
drugs and use or possession of drug paraphernalia. He is still being held at this time without bond.
Rossellyn Carolyn Rusk, age 32 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Wednesday, November 22 at 9:41pm for cultivation/distribution with intent of opiates/opium/narcotic drugs and certain stimulants, possession of hallucinogenic
drugs and use or possession of drug paraphernalia. She is still being held at this time without bond.
Jonathan T. Page, age 30 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Thursday, November 23 at 3:17am for interference with a law enforcement officer. He was released on Saturday, November 25 at 11:04am on a $2500 surety bond.
Darrell James Chaney, Jr. age 27 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Friday, November 24 at 9:38am for distribution of certain illegal drugs, driving while suspended and use or possession of drug paraphernalia. He was released
on Sunday, November 26 at 12:54pm on a $10,000 surety bond.
Tanner Lee Wait, age 19 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Friday, November 24 at 10:31pm for fleeing or attempting to elude a law enforcement officer. He was released on Saturday, November 25 at 10:21pm on a cash bond.
Tara Marie Lewallen, age 38 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Sunday, November 26 at 11:09pm for criminal trespass and possession of stolen property. She is still being held at this time without bond.
