James DeWayne Fountain, age 32 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Thursday, November 14 at 12:02pm on a failure to appear warrant. He was still being held as of 8:00am Friday, November 15 th without bond.

Georgellen Baskin, age 64 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Thursday, November 14 at 12:58pm for domestic battery. She was released the same day at 9:22pm on a $1000 surety bond.
