Matthew Nicholas Grassi, age 29 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Friday, October 27 at 10:13am on a Bourbon County Warrant. He is still being held at this time on a $500 surety bond.

Roy Wayne Smith, age 39 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Saturday, October 28 at 4:11am for possession of opiates/opium/narcotic drugs and certain stimulants, possession of certain hallucinogenic drugs and use or
possession of drug paraphernalia. He is still being held at this time on a $2000 surety bond.

Terri Allene Duncan, age 49 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Saturday, October 28 at 4:11am for possession of opiates/opium/narcotic drugs and certain stimulants, possession of certain hallucinogenic drugs and use
or possession of drug paraphernalia. She is still being held at this time on a $2000 surety bond.

Gregory Scott Nelson, age 62 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Saturday, October 28 at 6:41pm for interference with a law enforcement officer. He was released on Sunday, October 29 15 6:10pm on a $2500 surety bond.

Kevin James LeBelle, age 49 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Saturday, October 28 at 6:36pm for duty of driver to report accident to unattended vehicle, interference with a law enforcement officer, possession of certain illegal drugs and use or possession of drug paraphernalia. He is still being held at this time without bond.

Robert Wesley Alvarado, age 57 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Sunday, October 29 at 10:23pm for possession of certain hallucinogenic drugs. He is still being held at this time without bond.
