Brandon Shandel Brown, age 42 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Thursday, October 2 at 7:56pm for possession of certain hallucinogenic drugs, racing on highways, reckless driving and use or possession of drug paraphernalia. He was still being held as of 8:00am Friday, October 4th without bond.
