Leo Albert Wovoka Bass, age 44 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Friday, October 17 at 11:15pm for ignition interlock device; operating a car without device, no valid drivers license for non-CDL CMV, possession of certain stimulants and use or possession of drug paraphernalia. He was released on Saturday, October 18 at 7:08pm on a $1500 surety bond.
