Malachi James Kucza-Atkins, age 19 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Friday, October 13 at 10:37am for vehicle liability insurance required, interference with a law enforcement officer; falsely report of a crime and no valid
drivers license. He was released the same day at 3:56pm for nothing filed.
Timothy Scott Laffoon, age 57 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Friday, October 13 at 1:20pm on a Bourbon County Warrant. He is still being held at this time on a $1000 surety bond.
Christian Todd Hart, age 26 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Friday, October 15 at 4:58pm on a sanction. He was released on Sunday, October 15 at 4:58pm for time served.
Robert W. S. Gabal, ae 32 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Friday, October 13 at 11:45pm for possession of opiates/opium/narcotic drugs and certain stimulants, use or possession of paraphernalia with intent to cultivate controlled substances and use or possession of drug paraphernalia. He is still being held at this time on a $3000 surety bond.
William Andrew Cooper, age 53 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Saturday, 12:50am for vehicle liability insurance required, driving while habitual violator and driving while suspended. He was released on Sunday, October 15 at 7:59pm on a $1000 surety bond.
Kelsy R. Monroe, age 18 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Saturday, October 14 at 11:42am for aggravated assault, battery, burglary and theft of property or services. She is still being held at this time on a $5000 surety bond.
Travis Eugene Cutbirth, age 43 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Saturday, October 14 at 5:47pm for driving while a habitual violator and driving while suspended. He was released on Sunday, October 15 at 7:32pm on a $1000 surety bond.
Holly Michelle Patrick, age 32 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Saturday, October 14 at 11; 49pm for criminal trespassing and interference with a law enforcement officer. She is still being held at this time without bond.
