Gerald LaPiere, age 61 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Friday, October 7 at 3:14am for possession of drug paraphernalia, Possession of controlled substance and possession of certain hallucinogenic drugs.  He was released on Sunday, October 9 at 7:00pm on a $5000 surety bond.

Forrest Eugene Hunter, age 55 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Friday, October 7 at 10:55am on seven out of county warrants.  He was transferred out to Allen County on Monday, October 10 at 6:36pm.

Carl Nicholas Reed, age 43 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Friday, October 7 at 12:00pm on a failure to appear warrant.  he is still being held at this time without bond.

Jonah Isaiah Eisenbrandt, age 42 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Friday, October 7 at 6:00pm on a sanction.  He was released on Sunday, October 9 at 6:00pm for time served.

Vonda May Acuna, age 56 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Saturday, October 8 at 8:00am on a sanction.  She was released on Monday, October 10 at 8:01am for time served.

Samantha Glynn Witt, age 33 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Sunday, October 9 at 6:09pm for interference with a law enforcement officer.  She is still being held at this time on a $500 surety bond.

Brandon Ray Willis, age 38 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Monday, October 9 at 6:09pm for interference with a law enforcement officer.  He is still being held at this time on a $500 surety bond.

Roger Eugene Firebaugh, age 52 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Monday, October 10 at 2:00pm on a sanction.  He is still being held at this time without bond.
