Dylan Blake Guinn, age 31, was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Tuesday, January 6, at 4:18 pm for possession of opiates/opium/narcotic drugs and certain stimulants. He was still being held as of 8:00 am Wednesday, January 7th, without bond.
