Ravin McKinzie Cappell, age 24 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Friday, January 2 at 8:58 am for vehicle liability insurance required, three counts of aggravated endangering a child, distribution of a controlled substance, driving while suspended, three counts of possession of certain hallucinogenic drugs and use of possession of drug paraphernalia. She was still being held as of 8:00am Monday, January 5 th on a $10,000 surety bond.

Alex Combs, age 27 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Friday, January 2 at 1:51pm on a failure to appear warrant. He was released the same day at 4:41pm on a $1500 surety bond.

Randy Keith Houdashelt, age 62 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Friday, January 2 at 9:49pm on three counts of probation violation. He was still being held as of 8:00am Monday, January 5 th without bond.

Branden Keith Finchen, age 38 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Sunday, January 4 at 10:25am for possession of opiates/opium/narcotic drugs and certain stimulants. He was still being held as of 8:00am Monday,
January 5 th without bond.

Teresa R. Snead, age 53 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Sunday, January 4 at 9:11pm for battery. She was released the same day at 10:17pm on her own recognance.
