Augaio Guffin, age 36 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Tuesday, January 3 at 9:56am for criminal trespassing.  He is still being held at this time on a $5 bond.

James Travis Smith, age 34 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Tuesday, January 3 at 11:36am for criminal threat.  He is still being held at this time on a $5000 surety bond.
