Courtney C. Cannici-Torres, age 28 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Monday, January 27 at 2:17pn on a Fort Scott Municipal Warrant.  She was released the same day at 3:16pm on a $500 cash bond.

Charlie Don Louise Lowry, age 18 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Monday, January 27 at 8:52pm for vehicle liability insurance required, felony interference with a law enforcement officer, possession of certain hallucinogenic drugs, possession of certain illegal drugs, use or possession of drug paraphernalia and a failure to appear warrant.  She was still being held as of 8:00am Tuesday, January 28 on a $1500 surety bond.
