David Dakota Singmaster, age 32 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Monday, January 26 at 6:00pm for domestic battery, interference with a law enforcement officer, an out of county warrant and a failure to appear warrant. He was still being held as of 8:00am Tuesday, January 27 th on a $3000 surety bond.

Lany Junior Marita Bovanizer, age 20 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Monday, January 26 at 10:17pm for criminal damage to property, criminal desecration; destroy monument and duty of driver to report an accident to unattended vehicle. She was still being held as of 8:00am Tuesday, January 27 th without bond.
