Kristine Lee-Ann Willey, age 37 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Friday, January 23 at 1:36pm for driving while suspended. She was released on Saturday, January 24 at 10:45am on a $1500 surety bond.

Charles Phillip Naylor, age 44 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Friday, January 23 at 3:20pm for criminal damage to property and domestic battery. He was still being held as of 8:00am Monday, January 26 th on a $5000 surety bond.

Lisa Marie Nickelson, age 49 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Friday, January 23 at 6:49pm on a failure to appear warrant. She was released the same day at 7:47pm on a $2500 surety bond.

Brandon Michael Swink, age 41 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Friday, January 23 at 7:25pm on a failure to appear warrant. He was released on Saturday, January 24 at 10:34am on a $1000 surety bond.

Raymond David Helgren, age 29 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Saturday, January 24 at 2:33pm on an out of county warrant and a Fort Scott Municipal warrant. He was still being held as of 8:00am Monday, January 26 th on
a $3000 surety bond.

Billy Ray Duren, age 61 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Saturday, January 24 at 6:47pm for aggravated battery. He was still being held as of 8:00am Monday, January 26 th on a $5000 surety bond.
