Jack David Ham III, age 31 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Tuesday, January 23 at 11:52am on a failure to appear warrant. He was released the same day at 7:59pm on a $1000 surety bond.

William Virgil Lee Brugett, age 34 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Tuesday, January 23 at 1:03pm for domestic battery. He is still being held at this time on a $1000 surety bond.

Jermaine J. Oliver, age 45 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Tuesday, January 23 at 11:00am on a sanction. He is still being held at this time without bond.
